A new series of images taken on the road across America during my travel through all 50 states. Pictures are embedded with words to bring concepts to mind that linger over images providing layers of meaning. only.single.art are words that define the series. In the same idea the embedded words define the pictures. I will be updating the gallery of only.single.art routinely so please check back for more.

Photographs with words has been an idea that I’ve contemplated for some time. Recently reading an article about conceptual artist Glenn Ligon in the New York Times (The Inside Story on Outsiderness by Carol Vogel), I realized the idea of only.single.art as an overall broad theme to my life. This finally brought about the beginnings of this new series.
